Preparation for Ceremony
It is preferable to eat clean, light healthy food, the day prior to ceremony. On the day it is advisable to avoid caffeine and dairy. No alcohol to be consumed on the day of ceremony and ideally the days prior and subsequent. Where possible, a gentle day following ceremony is advisable. This will afford you the time to recalibrate and process what has surfaced for you, as well as any detoxification that may occur.

Contraindications
If you are taking medications, such as anti-psychotic, anti-depressants or have any health concerns, such as heart, blood pressure problems, please get in touch. For pregnant and breast-feeding women, cacao is safe in a lower dose.

I create sacred space where women can safely and unashamedly connect to their hearts, emotions, beautiful bodies and their wombs. Releasing trauma, limitations, guilt and shame. Dissolving old limiting self-belief and self-sabotaging diatribe. Making way for new pathways, new ways of self-expression and creativity, remembering your inner fire, passion, wisdom, clarity and ultimately self-love.

Virtual Ceremonies

All of the above right from your own home. I will provide you with a detailed guide on how to create your sacred space, (your little nest), in addition how to prepare your ceremonial cacao. This can be an exquisite way to delve deeper with the spirit of cacao and really bring her home.
